Need to stably and reliably hold a temperature near room temperature? You'll need a refrigerated incubator for that as well. Most heating-only incubators have a minimum temperature above the ambient temperature (usually 5-10°C above ambient, depending on the specific model) which they are able to heat to, even if their minimum setpoint temperature is lower. Below that point, and it won't be able to hold the temperature.
